Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all Athleta Preloved tags remain attached to the garment.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
