How do you verify the quality of preloved Athleta items?
Every garment undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection process where we check for fabric integrity, pilling, stitching quality, and authenticity to ensure it meets our 'Like New' or 'Gently Used' standards.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $7.95 on all orders. Standard delivery typically takes 5-8 business days within the continental U.S. tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
Can I return a preloved item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received with all Athleta Preloved tags still attached. Please note that a $10 restocking fee applies to all returns.
How do you determine the pricing for used activewear?
Pricing is based on the original retail value, the current condition of the item, and the rarity of the style or print. Most items are priced at 40-70% off original retail prices.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Athleta Preloved only ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
Are the items sanitized before being sold?
While we professionally steam and inspect all items for cleanliness, we recommend that customers wash their preloved garments according to the care label instructions before their first wear.
